Presentation of the draft scheme to the client
After the draft scheme is approved and interactions with Users, Process consultant if any, equipment manufacturers, detailing will be done on the selected scheme.
Process Instrumentation Diagrams, Pipe routing diagrams, Various Tank locations and capacity design, GA drawings for the Pump House, water treatment plant, cooling Towers, Cooling water circuit, pipe Rack designing, interference co-ordination with other agencies etc. are the part of detail engineering.
After all this is ready and approved by the client, BOQ with all equipments required, specifications, quantities, makes etc. will be prepared.
For Fire fighting works, draft scheme will be submitted to local fire authority and a principle approval will be taken before we actually prepare any working drawings.
After that all the working drawings of the Piping will be prepared.
Submission of this document will complete the first phase work.
PHASE – 2
Based on the drawings generated and the BOQ, we will make our estimate for execution of the said job and submit to the client.
After approval, we will float the tender and do the technical evaluation of all offers.
Once a contractor is finalized, we will issue him all the working drawings and periodic site visits will be made for inspection and quality checks of the job and materials.
